Soccer 101

Well, we have officially started our journey into organized sports!!  Exciting times, and I cannot believe we are into this already!  Nelson volunteered to help coach Hudson’s soccer team of mostly “3” year olds!  I would like to say that they all are at least three, but in reality, most are still two!!  Just a little fudging on birthdates to get our team together!  It is quite entertaining to watch these kiddos at work/play.  Even our friend “P” came by and got a quick out of watching the dads try to coach and the kids try to play.  At the very best, it was organized chaos.  We are just hoping to have 5 players on the field at one time for the games (I believe there are a total of 12 on the team).  They tend to get distracted with bugs, water bottles, each other, etc.  Here are a few pictures from the first practice.

Those are so cute! Can't wait till Grandpa Lee comes to cheer and coach him on, that brings back memories of little dribblers and t-ball.
